Running achievements: Finishing 3rd in the OUS 25K trail series in 2006 Running events I'd like to do: 50 Miler in Haliburton, competing in the 50K trail series in 2007. Typical training week: I try to run 100 km per week Injury history: Nothing too serious, some minor plantar fasciitis, knee pain, lost toenails.
