Favorite Running Surface: preferably trail, but anyplace that has few people around suits me just fine.

Chicago x7 (50k x 6, 50M x 1), Lake Saroma 100k, Buckeye 50k x2, JFK 50Miler x2, Stormy 67k x2,  HUFF 50k x2, Toronto 50k x3, Tussey 50Miler
Typical training week: 5 - 7 runs per week (some long, some short, some road, some trail, some speed, some hills)
stairclimber, cycling, skipping, weights and indoor climbing
Injury history: a few bumps and bruises, a cold or flu bug here and there, and maybe a couple of pulled muscles, but nothing serious enough to keep me off for longer than a week
Favourite ultra foods: strawberry cliff shots, e-caps, advil, chocolate

Things I like most about ultras: The amazing people that you meet from all over the world and all walks of life
Things I hate most about ultras: Starting, Running, Finishing, Being nervous before a competition. I guess in essence, they are the same things I love about them!
Why I do ultras: I've already "chicked" (beat) Scoot, so I guess now the goal is to "chick" Rune.  I know he was scared at Toronto 50k 2006!)
Ultra goal: To break 19 hours for 100M ( and of course, to "chick" Scoot again!)
Ultra Races I Would Like To Do: Vermont 100M, White River 50M, Palermo 50k, Two Oceans 56k, Comrades
Ultra Hero: anyone who aspires to be something more than they already are.
