I run 7 days a week. Monday to Friday I do 5km in the morning.
Saturday and Sunday are my long runs, anywhere between 20km to 50km.
Injury history:  Very few. I try not to think of injury because it comes with the sport.

Things I like most about ultras:  I like the people and hanging out before the race.
Things I hate most about ultras:  Saying goodbye at the end of a race until the next one.
What got me started doing ultras:  Running marathons is too short and easy. Charlotte and Laurie talked me into trail running. Thank You Char and Laur.
Ultra heroes:  Charlotte, Laurie, Ron, Monica, Terry Fox and Forrest Gump.
Favourite ultra quotes:  "Any idiot can run a marathon, it takes a super idiot to run an ultra", and "Suck it up princess, its only pain, it won't last forever".
Other comments:  So when's the next race and are you coming?
