Ultra achievements:  The first trail run I ever completed - 2003, 20K training run with the Seaton Mud Puppies.
Ultra I would like to do but haven't yet: I am planning (almost complete) a self-concocted 14 day-800K end to end run of the Bruce Trail from September 17-October1,2005. Watch for further info as we build www.conquerthebruce.com. Also, Badwater, Badwater, Badwater!!!
Typical training week:  In 2005, 48-96 miles/week in 4 days ,2 core strength days and 1 rest day
Injury history:  Very few lately thanks to the trails. Have had plantar facsitis, ITB flareup - the regulars
Favourite ultra foods:  chicken pasta soup, Mrs.Scholz's butter tarts
Favourite ultra beverages: e-load, the greatest invention since sliced cheese
Things I like most about ultras:  running through the mud at Sulphur or Seaton
Things I hate most about ultras:
 cleaning my #@$$%%^^& trail shoes after a muddy run at Sulphur or Seaton.
What got me started doing ultras:  A wonderful fellow ultra runner by the name of Sharon Zelinski; she also introduced me to low grade sugar in the form of twizzlers; a true addiction
Ultra heroes:  Lance Armstrong (yes, he is a runner), Monica Scholz and the Cave Dog
