Running achievements:  The "Great Walk" 68km over the pass from Gold River to Tahsis on Vancouver Island in ice rain.
Ultra I would like to do but haven't yet: Have yet to do the "Knee Knackerer" in North Vancouver - never lands on the right weekend - I've been trying for years to get in on it.
Typical training week:  Never typical, but I love mid-day, mid-week running at Fanshawe Lake, London (its dead quiet). 
Favorite training ground:  Buntzen Lake, Port Moody, BC- would run there every day if I could.
