Best performances: Not dying at Kingston 6 Hour, running a 1:34 20km the weekend after completing the Two Rivers Marathon in Quebec City and recently, the Angus Glen Half Marathon.

Typical training week:  40-60km weeks on average
Injury history:  Shin splints, lost toe nails, blisters, severe DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle 
Soreness) and frostbite.
Favourite ultra foods:  Pringles and bananas
Favourite ultra beverages: Gatorade
Things I like most about ultras:  The fitness level you get from doing these events and the crazy mentality that goes along with it. I also enjoy the solitude you get that is unattainable in most all sports.
Things I hate most about ultras:
 Not training enough for them and therefore sucking really badly, or becoming  so injured you can't train properly for months.
What got me started doing ultras:  I have no clue.
