Location: Lions Club Pool Centre, Jerseyville Road, Ancaster,
ON, Canada
Course: a 20km loop. 25 & 50k runners will do 5km and
10km spurs then complete one and two loops respectively. 10 km runners
will complete a 10km on the Headwaters Trail. 97% trail, 3% asphalt in
the Dundas Valley Conservation Area. Waterproof colour maps of the park

Timing: all events (except the 100 Mile) will be timed by
Chip Time Results using Championchip
Time Limit: 100 miles- 30 hrs, 50miles- 14 hrs, 50km- 7hrs,
25km- 4hrs, 10km- 2hrs
Facilities: Bathrooms, Showers, change rooms at the
Start/Finish line
Aid Stations: 7 fully stocked aid stations per lap.
Fees: Postmarked before May 5, 2008 10km-$30, 25km-$45,
50km-$50, 50M-$65, 100M- $150 Postmarked May 5, 2008 or later 10km-$40, 25km-$55,

Awards: All runners registered by May 14, 2008 will receive a
T-shirt. Awards to the top three males and females in each
event. In addition 10 year age groups will be used for awards
in the 10 and 25km events.

at 5:30am
100 Mile- Friday May 23, 2008 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Pre-race dinner
served at 5:00 pm in Ancaster and is mandatory for 100 Mile runners. All others $20
per person in advance.
All runners will pick-up their Championchip at the start line on Sat.
morning.
Sunday morning: continual light breakfast for 100 mile runners from 8am
to 11am. All others $5 in advance.

It is just west of the 403 on Wilson St. The location on map is
approximate, it is on the south side, just before the Sunoco gas
station.

Exit at Wilson St.. Turn right at end of ramp and then make an
immediate left onto Meadowbrook Dr (at Firehall) from Wilson. Follow
Meadowbrook to the end and turn right onto Jerseyville road. There is
parking at the community centre on the left and the high school on the
right. Lions Club outdoor pool is 300m down the hill on the left.

Release Waiver and Indemnity
To participate in the Sulphur Springs Trail Runs on
Saturday May 24th, 2008, I accept, have read and
understand all rules and regulations of the Ontario Ultra/Trail Series
and of this specific event that I am entering and will comply fully
with them. I am aware that a run of the distance and conditions
specified for the specific event I am entering, may be extremely
difficult and hazardous even for well-conditioned athletes under the
most favourable conditions. I am also aware of the risks of adverse
weather conditions, which may accompany the event on the day of my
participation. I understand that I should not participate in this event
unless: (1) I am in excellent physical condition, (2) I have trained
adequately for this event, and (3) I have no medical condition that
might be worsened by vigorous activity. Knowing these facts, and in
consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my
heirs, executors and administrators waive, release and discharge the
Ontario Ultra/Trail Series and all its officials, the Ontario Road
Runners Association, The Ontario Track and Field Association, all of
the various sponsors, the Race Director and their staff, agents,
officials, Deerhurst Web, volunteers, or any other person involved in
this specific event, and all government or private jurisdictions in
which the specific event may take place including all Ontario Ultra and
Trail events in the 2008 series, but not limited to the Hamilton Region
